POSITION INFO:

Senior Coverage Banker – Sandton
One of the leading South African Investment Banks is looking for an experienced Senior Coverage Banker with vast knowledge in Insurance and Financial Services to work on a variety of financial deals within the market. You will be responsible for delivering end-to end service to clients and partner with various business units within the Banking Division and Global Markets to ensure that you are the go-to Trusted Partner for your clients within the market.
Minimum requirements:

• At least 5 – 7 years’ experience in a senior/executive client management role within financial services or insurance or in a similar Coverage role at another Investment Bank
• Solid experience in senior client relationship management
• Strong knowledge of the banking sector required
• Extensive product knowledge in insurance, including both life and short-term products, is essential
• A relevant Degree: preferably Actuarial Science, Finance, Law or Accounting
• Exceptional communication and relationship building abilities
• Previous leadership experience will be highly advantageous
