Are you a Senior Credit Controller with strong experience managing high-volume accounts and collections? An opportunity based in Johannesburg East is available for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.

POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
This role is suited to a seasoned credit professional who is confident managing the full credit control function. You will take ownership of collections, debtor management, and account reconciliations while working closely with operations to ensure strong cash flow and financial discipline.
The environment is fast-moving and requires someone who is proactive, resilient, and able to manage pressure effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full credit control function and debtor book
Oversee collections and ensure timely payments
Perform account reconciliations and resolve queries
Monitor credit limits and risk exposure
Work closely with operations to improve cash flow
Maintain accurate records and reporting on debtor performance

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
Relevant financial qualification advantageous
Experience:
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in credit control
Exposure to high-volume or operational environments
Industry exposure to logistics or courier advantageous
Skills:
Strong collections and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage large debtor books
Experience with accounting systems such as AccPac advantageous
Non-negotiables:
Strong credit control and collections experience
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Based in or able to commute to Johannesburg East
