POSITION INFO:
Role Purpose:
To be a strategic partner in analysing, improving, and redesigning core business processes. You will lead the charge from current state assessment through to post-implementation support, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, standardization, and straight-through processing for their organisation.

Key Focus Areas:
As a subject matter expert, your working experience will be crucial in:

• System Migrations: Leading data-centric aspects of complex system transitions.
• Data & Insights: Uncovering trends and opportunities through deep data analysis.
• Process Improvements: Re-engineering workflows for optimal performance.

• Gathering Requirements: Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to elicit and define detailed business requirements for major projects.
• Data Analysis: Writing complex queries, analysing large datasets, and using tools like SQL, PowerBI/QlikView, and Excel to inform solution design.
• Process Improvement: Mapping current and future states (using tools like Visio, Blueprint, or Bizagi), conducting root cause analysis, and implementing metrics to track success.
• Problem Solving: Identifying business challenges and designing effective, data-driven solutions that align with strategic goals.
• Driving Change: Assisting with change management, UAT support, and ensuring process adoption and compliance across the business.

• A relevant Degree in IT, Informatics, Data Science, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in business analysis, with strong exposure to data modelling and data analysis.
• Proven experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Experience with AI and machine learning is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrable expertise in business process mapping tools and the Microsoft Suite.
• A proven track record of operating independently and effectively in a complex, high-volume environment.
