Our client, a leading organization dedicated to delivering exceptional user-centric digital solutions, is seeking a Senior Design Lead to elevate their multidisciplinary design teams and shape the future of their product and service offerings. Duties: Lead and manage diverse design teams across multiple projects and agile squads. Drive the implementation of design strategies, frameworks, and industry best practices. Champion Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design methodologies throughout the design lifecycle. Ensure the delivery of high-quality UX, UI, product, and service design solutions. Guide teams through research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design validation. Translate customer insights, market research, and business requirements into impactful design solutions. Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes. Challenge technical and business decisions to optimise overall customer experience. Manage project delivery, resource planning, team capacity, and maintain design quality across multiple initiatives. Measure and communicate the impact of design initiatives to key stakeholders. Coach, mentor, and develop designers while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Promote continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: 7 to 10 years of experience in UI\/UX and product design. Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of design methodologies, including Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design. Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design validation. Ability to translate complex customer insights into clear, impactful designs. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: Experience with C programming language. Skills in typing and general usability testing.
