POSITION INFO:

WE ARE ASSITING OUR CLIENT TO FILL A ROLE OF A SENIOR INFRASTRUSTURE AND DEVOPS ENGINEER

THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE

The Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer is responsible for authoring, validating and deploying infrastructure by using IaC Toolkit while following the agreed standards. Also, responsible for following the process of Product delivery across all the stages up to Production.

Responsibilities:

Creating automated Infrastructure and App deployments for supported Product using Azure DevOps.
Ensuring Data Analytics DevOps Gates, SDLC and Security Standards are met in Product delivery.
Ensure Infrastructure is built with best practice security
Develop reusable artifacts for IaC
Following Application Development Code management standards.
Creating, Updating and Maintaining Resource definitions in Git Repository.
Delivering automation scripts for Products.
Ensure that Performance and Reliability is tested as part of the DevOps process.
Help and Ensure Non Functional Requirements are defined and met, including performance and reliability.
Monitor practices'' adoption and quality against agreed KPIs
Work with Solution Architects to ensure Infrastructure meets Products needs.

Secure communications
Review security tests by using approved tools and inspection
Capacity planning and cost control check

Formal qualifications:

An undergraduate qualification (Bachelor''s degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM discipline and/or Technical competencies and certification with relevant years of experience in a similar role.
