Are you a seasoned consulting leader with a passion for driving impactful change across industries? We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Consulting to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact advisory and implementation projects for clients across Sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on South Africa

POSITION INFO:
As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for:

Leading business development efforts and securing new consulting engagements.
Delivering consulting projects and guiding teams to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Using data to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive implementation with clients.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Developing and evolving the consulting service offerings, while contributing thought leadership materials.

What You Bring to the Role:

15+ years of consulting experience, with a proven track record of success in the industry.
An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Expertise in financial services or payments industry, with deep knowledge in portfolio, risk, or digital practices.
Exceptional communication, project management, and presentation skills.
A results-driven, customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in English (French is a plus).
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel modeling.
Experience working with senior executives (C-suite) and managing cross-functional teams.

This is a hybrid role, where you’ll have the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office, as agreed with your hiring manager.
