POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Forecasting – Develop and maintain robust 3-statement models (short/long-term) to guide strategic decisions across African markets
Executive Partnership – Work directly with leadership to translate financial data into actionable business insights
Performance Analysis – Conduct variance analysis and scenario planning to optimize business performance
Process Innovation – Automate reporting using Power BI/Excel (Power Query, DAX) to enhance decision-making
Investment Strategy – Support capital allocation, due diligence, and board/investor reporting

Qualifications:

FMVA certification + postgraduate finance degree (CA/CFA/MBA preferred)
2+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance with advanced financial modeling expertise
Technical Mastery – Power BI, SQL, and Excel (Power Pivot, complex formulas)
Strategic Mindset – Ability to balance granular analysis with big-picture thinking
