A job opportunity is available within the agricultural sector for a Senior Farming Manager based in Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will oversee agricultural production by planning and coordinating farm operations, managing vegetable crop production, and hiring and training farming teams. You will also be responsible for the effective running of farms, nurseries, greenhouses and other crop production facilities. To be considered, candidates should have 10+ years' experience in agriculture and 5+ years' management experience. Exposure to major South African retailers, and responsibility across production, procurement, budgets, supply chain, outgrowers, KPIs, personnel and commercial strategy is essential to fulfilling this role.
