My client is looking for a qualified CA(SA) to fill the Senior Finance Manager position at a leading company in the supply chain sector. This well-established global organisation has been operating for nearly 30 years. The role is pivotal, offering the chance to make an immediate impact, with strong potential for permanent placement. This is a 3-month contract ideal for candidates who are available to start immediately.

Duties:

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration.
• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
• Drive accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Implement and optimise financial systems, ensuring robust controls and efficiency.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

• Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification.
• 7–10 years post-articles experience in a similar role.
• Strong management experience with proven success in leading sizeable finance teams.
• Extensive systems knowledge with a solid track record in tax compliance and reporting.
• Industry background in shipping, freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics.
