A leading multinational FMCG organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager (FET Lead) to join its Finance Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused finance executive who thrives in a strategic leadership environment, enjoys translating financial insights into business decisions, and has a proven track record of driving organisational performance within a complex multinational business. In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape financial strategy, lead planning and forecasting cycles, provide performance insights to executive stakeholders, and partner closely with business leaders to support sustainable growth. You will also champion finance transformation initiatives, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing Finance Excellence Team. This opportunity is ideally suited to an accomplished finance leader who is passionate about influencing business strategy, leading change, and making a measurable impact across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Finance Excellence Team (FET) and drive a high-performance culture. Partner with senior business leaders to influence strategic and commercial decision-making. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting to executive leadership. Drive business performance through robust financial planning, analytics, and business partnering. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and resource allocation. Champion finance transformation initiatives, process optimisation, automation, and digital innovation. Ensure effective financial governance, compliance, and risk management across the business. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering continuous improvement Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent professional finance qualification. Approximately 12-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience within a multinational environment. Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or business performance management. Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and developing talent. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders. Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Advanced knowledge of SAP and financial reporting systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Apply now!
