A well renowned entity in the property space is currently in the market for a qualified CA(SA) to take up a role as Senior Finance Manager Reporting and Operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in the property industry.

Qualifications and Experience:

CA(SA)
3 years post articles experience
Experience in property management
5 years relevant experience
SAP/SAP BPI experience (essential)
Knowledge of IFRS and Tax

Portfolio management and reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Data integrity
System development
Business unit profit
Audit
Staff management
Capex monitoring
Risk and compliance
Business partnering
