SUMMARY:
Our client, a globally recognised leader in the transportation and heavy industrial sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join their high-performing finance team based in Kempton Park. Operating at the forefront of engineering innovation and large-scale project delivery, this organisation offers an exceptional opportunity to work within a complex, multinational environment driving critical infrastructure solutions.

This role is ideally suited to a qualified CA(SA) or CIMA professional with strong exposure to project accounting, inventory, and manufacturing environments, looking to step into a strategic, leadership-focused position.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead the full financial management function, including reporting, controls, and compliance. Oversee project accounting across large-scale, long-term contracts. Manage and optimise inventory and stock control processes. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure strong governance and internal controls (SOX exposure advantageous). Partner with operational and engineering teams to support project performance. Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership. Lead and develop finance team members. Qualifications & Experience: CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is essential Minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience Strong experience within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environments Proven track record in project accounting and stock\/inventory management Exposure to SOX or similar control frameworks (advantageous) Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills Apply today!
