JOB SUMMARY:
An opportunity has become available for a qualified CA(SA) with 2 – 3 years post articles experience at a large Manufacturing concern, based in the East of Johannesburg.

Job & Company Description:
Our client, a global giant within the Manufacturing space and based in the North of Johannesburg, is currently recruiting for a Assistant Finance Manager. The role will report directly to the Finance Manager with a dotted line to the CFO. The company has an open door policy which gives you the opportunity to further develop your skills with a team willing to help you develop those skills.

The duties of this role include develop, implement and review internal controls inline with SOX requirements, oversee the accounts payable function, drafting company’s financial statements, preparation of provisional tax, submission of income tax and monthly VAT returns and preparation of company’s transfer pricing policy.

Education:

CA(SA)
2 – 3 years post articles experience

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Medium size firm preferred
SAP / Sage knowledge
Manufacturing experience
