SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced investment professional with a passion for listed property and equity markets? A leading specialist investment manager is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their high-performing team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed listed property research and analysis across local and international markets.
Provide market and sector insights to inform investment strategy and asset allocation.
Build and maintain advanced financial models in Excel, focusing on listed property and equity investments.
Deliver high-quality investment reporting and contribute to internal and external presentations.
Perform in-depth valuation and financial analysis of companies and portfolios.
Support the investment team with idea generation and portfolio construction discussions.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 4 years' experience in property finance, real estate equity analysis, or listed property asset management.
Proven experience in equity research and valuation, particularly within the property sector.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong command of Excel and financial modelling techniques.
CFA qualification (or progress towards) preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend investment theses confidently.
Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and passionate about capital markets.
