In this role, you will take ownership of the full finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with IFRS, and effective cashflow management. You will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, optimising cost structures, and strengthening internal controls. Partnering closely with operations and executive leadership, you will provide insights that support profitability and long-term business growth. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a skilled finance team, embedding a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
• 5+ years post-articles experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong exposure to the manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG sector.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, tax, and governance requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
