A listed concern that was founded in 2008 operating in the healthcare space is looking for CA(SA) to join their finance team as Senior Financial Manager.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Senior Financial Manager will be responsible for preparing the audit and board packs, month end reporting, year-end, flash reporting and managing the budgeting process. The Senior Financial Manager will also be responsible for reviewing tax, managing the forecasting and reviewing and finalizing the annual financial statements.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 10 years’ experience in operational and financial reporting
At least 5 years’ experience at management level
Experience in a group finance environment in a medium to large entity
Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industries is preferred
Working knowledge of Oracel. Pastel, VIP and SAP
Experiencing building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent people management and leadership skills
Willing to go the extra mile
Excellent time management skills
