A JSE listed company that focuses on investments are currently on the lookout for a Group Finance Manager. As the Group Financial Manager, you will ensure accurate financial records, including the review of monthly reconciliations.

As a Group Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Prepare and implement policies and procedures
Maintain a financial control environment
Implement operational risk and governance structures
Review and finalise management accounts
Manage expenses, costs and identify cost saving opportunities
Prepare and finalise financial statements
Liaison with external and internal Auditors
Resolve operational conflicts

Qualifications:

Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA
8 years’ experience
