Salary: Market-Related

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Drive the strategic and financial direction of the golfing division
• Oversee high-profile tournaments and events from planning to execution
• Build and manage sponsorship relationships and commercial partnerships
• Lead a strong operational team with full project and people management
• Manage key client accounts with finesse and business savvy
• Deliver top-tier financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Be the heartbeat of the division at both corporate meetings and clubhouse cocktail hours

• Relevant BCom Degree (Finance, Business, or a related field)
• 5–10 years of financial and operational management experience
• Solid background in strategic planning and execution
• Proven experience in golf event/tournament management is a major advantage
• Strong understanding of sponsorships and brand partnerships
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work after hours and attend golf events as needed
• A love for golf – whether you’ve played professionally, socially, or just know the difference between a driver and a 9-iron
