POSITION INFO:

Requirements

CA
10 + Years Senior Management exposure in the full financial management function as well as dealing with mergers and acquisitions preferably in a listed environment.
Exposure must entail previous involvement in due diligence exercises inclusive of decision-making.
Exciting specialist roles as well as involvement in due diligence exercises and decision-making in terms of mergers and acquisitions.
Initially no management of people.
