Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside UI designers for web design features, among other duties. Full Stack Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail. Our projects entail implementing our pre-approved UI, constructing API’s and connecting the two.

Requirements

1. Matric Certificate
2. Short Courses in Development specifically Azure certifications
3. Experience working in an agile/scrum development process
4. Designing and developing APIs
5. Meeting both technical and consumer needs

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. “Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface.
2. Design and deployment of databases.
3. Design and construction of REST API.
4. Integrating front-end UI with the constructed API.
5. Ensuring responsiveness of applications.

Hard Skills

1. Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g. HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum).
2. A relevant back-end programming language (e.g. .NET).
3. Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated version (e.g. MongoDB and SQL Server).
4. Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported frameworks—both front-end and back-end (e.g. Angular)
5. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries (e.g., Sass, Less, and webpack )
6. Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy.
7. Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
8. Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps.
9. Attention to detail is key.
