Role Purpose

Our client is looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work with the executive team, partnering with business leaders to drive strategic people priorities. The ideal candidate will be an influential leader with a strong personality, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and senior management teams.
• Drive and deliver on key people projects aligned to business strategy.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design discussions.
• Ensure data-driven reporting, providing insights and recommendations to influence business decisions.
• Manage complex employee relations, coaching leaders on best practices.
• Partner with business units on change management initiatives and organizational transformation.
• Oversee the development and delivery of HR projects, ensuring they meet timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor key HR metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• Relevant HR or Business qualification (Honors/Masters advantageous).
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 5 years operating at senior/executive level.
• Strong project management capability with a proven track record of leading complex HR initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Commercially savvy with a results-oriented, proactive mindset.
• Confident personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in large, complex, and matrixed organizations is highly advantageous.
