A well-established higher education institution is seeking a Senior HR Officer on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned HR professionals to contribute to a dynamic academic environment and support critical HR functions

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
Honours degree (highly advantageous)
6 Years’ solid experience in a comprehensive HR Generalist role
Proven experience in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR advisory
Exposure to higher education or large, complex organisations will be highly beneficial
Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation
Advanced proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools (e.g. HRIS, Excel, HR analytics platforms)
Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately
