SUMMARY:
Leading pharmaceutical company based in Johannesburg North requires an experienced HR Operations Manager on a part time / consultancy basis for 3 days a week.

POSITION INFO:
A seasoned HR professional is required with Honors Degree in HR and 8 - 10 years HR management experience within large or global organisations.

The role will include :

Supporting HR Director with all HR functions
Oversee HR operations, ensure smooth procedures and supervise the HR Department’s day-to-day administrative tasks
The tasks include checking the budget, implementing new HR policies, improving employee relations, and more.
In short, the HR Operations Manager maintains the entire internal HR operations.

The role of HR operations managers is quite critical, therefore, it requires particular HR operations skills.
A few of these skills include excellent communication skills, administrative skills, active listening and the ability to provide support to a team.
In addition, you must exhibit strong leadership skills that are fundamental for the manager’s post.

The HR operation manager oversees all the administrative workings of a HR Department.
Individual must possess significant HR management experience
