Our Client in the IT industry has a position available for a Senior IT Engineer in Bedfordview.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Experience Required:

Diploma or higher in Information Technology/ Computer Science
Any relevant additional certification will be an advantage
In-depth knowledge and experience on a variety of IT systems, database management and applications, security knowledge
VoIP Setup and Configuration
Routing and IP Expert
Firewalls and Security Expert
Linux Expert
Microsoft Server Expert
Network and Infrastructure Expert
Microsoft Exchange Expert
Backup and Disaster Recovery Expert
Troubleshooting Ability
Project Management/Participation
3 to 5 years’ experience in a senior technical position

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Assistance with day-to-day high-level support and projects
Solutions planning, architecture, implementations, support and upgrades (advanced desktop, network, server, security, cloud and backup)
Support, procedures and ticket management improvements
System changes, audits and support escalation
