SUMMARY:
Are you a Supply Chain Consultant, Procurement Consultant, or Transformation Specialist operating at a strategic level within the Manufacturing, Industrial, FMCG, or Construction sectors?

POSITION INFO:
I am currently engaging with organisations that are seeking experienced consultants to support:

End-to-end supply chain optimisation
Procurement transformation programmes
Strategic sourcing & category restructuring
Cost reduction & margin improvement initiatives
S&OP implementation & demand planning alignment
ERP / SAP supply chain integrations
Working capital & inventory optimisation
Supplier rationalisation & global sourcing strategies
Post-merger supply chain integration

We are particularly interested in consultants with experience in:

Large-scale manufacturing or industrial environments
Building materials / engineering-driven businesses
Distribution network redesign
Import & export supply chains
Operational turnaround or performance improvement projects

If you have successfully led multi-site transformation projects, implemented procurement frameworks, or delivered measurable cost savings at executive level, I would value a confidential discussion.
