POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Are you an experienced Inventory Controller ready to take the next step? Join a dynamic team in a senior role, working closely with the Procurement Manager and leading inventory operations.

Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Procurement Manager on price changes and supplier meetings
• Administer and manage Purchase Orders
• Supervise and assist two Inventory Controllers
• Issue and manage Production Job Cards
• Maintain communication with the Production Department
• Load Bill of Materials
• Manage Stock Write-offs, Adjustments & Transfers
• Open stock codes and implement cost changes
• Handle Returns, Reworks, and Decanting Processes
• Oversee Invoicing Functions

Requirements:
• Matric
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Syspro experience is essential
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• High attention to detail
