Key Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and maintaining highâperformance Java applications
Leading technical solutions across complex, enterpriseâscale systems
Collaborating with crossâfunctional teams (product, DevOps, QA, business)
Driving best practices in code quality, testing, and architecture
Mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical direction

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:

4+ years of handsâon Java development experience, building and supporting enterpriseâscale applications
Strong expertise in Java (8+), Spring / Spring Boot, and restful API development
Proven experience working with microservices architectures and distributed systems
Solid understanding of software design principles, clean code, and best practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossâfunctional teams and contribute to technical decisionâmaking
