Senior Java Developer

SUMMARY:
One of South Africa’s largest financial services company is looking for a solutions orientated and dynamic Senior Java developer to form part of their multinational Company.

POSITION INFO:

Education:

• (BSc/BTech or similar)
• Java/ Java script Certificates
• BSC/ MSc/ BCom in Computer Science or related field

Skills:

• Advanced C# language
• Advanced SQL language
• Minimum 8 years IT experience financial.
• Candidate will be required to be a team player with problem solving skills
• 5 - 6 years Java and JavaScript systems development experience (AWS and Docker)
• AngularJS and Angular. io
• Ability to work under pressure
• Resilience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team

Description:

• Experience and understanding of Banking and financial Services Business is advantageous
• Experience in Agile environment
• Familiar with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and Object – Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate), with the ability to design and model databases.
