Lexdan Select is assisting a Fin Tech business with their search for a Senior Legal Counsel and a Legal Counsel. The roles are based in JHB.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

LLB degree
Mid Level role: minimum 3 years post articles experience
Senior Role: minimum 5 years post articles experience
Experience required within the commercial team of a top law firm (not within litigation), or experience as in-house counsel
Experience in drafting, vetting and negotiating agreements
Any experience within Fin Tech is an added benefit
