Senior Litigation / Commercial Secretary
East Rand
R30 000 to R40 000 (Experience based)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Experience and speed in Dictaphone typing is required
Must have at least 10-15 years’ experience in typing of commercial agreements, tracking changes and commenting on commercial agreements, be proficient in both High Court and Magistrates Court litigation, the typing of pleadings, notices, affidavits and the like, as well as default judgement requests, warrants of execution and the like
Knowledge of Caselines and any sort of financial / accounting software will be an advantage
Ideal candidate will have experience in managing a large number of active files
Experience in FICA Screening processes will be an added advantage
Own transport and a valid drivers license is required as there might be a need to travel for business occassionally
