POSITION INFO:
This role is highly execution‑driven, focused on ensuring accurate month-end reporting, rigorous balance sheet reconciliations, and seamless inter-company transaction management. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to deliver consistent financial accuracy without relying on senior leadership for escalation or oversight.

This is not a traditional Finance Manager position. Instead, it requires someone who thrives on ownership, precision, reconciliation discipline, and independent problem‑solving, to drive stability and strengthen financial operations across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Management Accountant will take ownership of the financial execution across multiple group entities, including:

• Leading and managing the month-end close process for several entities within the group
• Preparing and reviewing:
• Bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Journals, accruals, and provisions
• Managing all inter-company transactions end‑to‑end, including:
• Inter-company invoicing
• Shared cost allocations
• Inter-company loan accounts
• Ensuring that all reciprocal entries are aligned and reconciled across entities
• Compiling structured and accurate reconciliation packs for senior review
• Identifying and resolving accounting issues at their source, rather than escalating them
• Acting as the key finance continuity point in the absence of the Group Finance Manager

• 5–10+ years of hands‑on finance experience
• Proven experience working within multi‑entity environments
• Strong exposure to:
  • Inter-company accounting
  • Balance sheet reconciliation processes
  • Month‑end close responsibilities
  • Operational, execution‑focused finance environments
• A solid understanding of core accounting processes, controls, and reconciliation discipline
