POSITION INFO:

A development finance institution is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join their team.  This company values high performance, integrity and innovation.  The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing the unit’s strategy in line with the organisation’s vision and goals through deal origination and partnerships.  If you identify with their values, this company offers you an opportunity to drive economic and social development.  The role will require extensive travelling to East and West Africa.  The role will include duties such as:

• Increasing lending and non-lending activities
• New business strategies for impact projects
• Client relations
• Originating transactions
• Develop annual client plans
• Budget management
• Present at deal committees
• Reporting for EXCO and Board decision making

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

• Post-graduate qualification in Business, Finance or Economics
• 8 or more years’ experience at senior management level
• Lending, corporate finance and project finance experience
