Senior Manager: Human Capital Business Partner

SUMMARY:
Senior Manager: Human Capital Business Partner Responsible for interpreting and translating the Human Capital strategy into a tactical plan by delivering end to end Human Capital solutions as a strategic partner to the Lines of Business. Ensure adherence to Human Capital processes, procedures, systems and policies

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas:

• Translate the Human Capital strategy into tactical plans for the business
• To assist line managers in the implementation of all Human Capital policies and procedures
• To assess the Line of Business needs and recommend/provide relevant Interventions
• To partner with Human Capital specialists in providing Human Capital solutions for line managers
• To provide a Human Capital end to end service to the Lines of business (Talent Attraction, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Employee Wellness)
• To ensure compliance with Human Capital policies and relevant legislation
• To ensure that EE and recruitment targets are met and reports are provided on a monthly basis

Qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills ad competencies:

• B Degree is essential
• Relevant Post Graduate qualification is desirable
• 7-12 years’ Human Capital Generalist experience is essential
• 7-10 years’ knowledge of Labour Legislation is essential
• 7-10 years’ knowledge of Human Capital Policies and Practices is essential
• 7-10 years’ in Human Capital Management is essential
• 7-10 years’ Human Capital information systems experience is essential
• 7-10 years’ Business Strategy knowledge is essential
