An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to step into the role of Senior Manager: Organisational Effectiveness and Transformation on behalf of our client. This high-impact position calls for a strategic leader with the vision, experience, and emotional intelligence to drive workforce planning, organisational design, employee wellness, and transformation initiatives across a national footprint.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, senior managers, and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will lead enterprise-wide organisational effectiveness strategies that foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and inclusion. This is a chance to influence how people, strategy, and culture align in a complex and dynamic environment.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in Organisational Development and Change Management.
• Proven track record in strategy execution, leadership development, performance management, and transformation.
• Strong background in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and employee wellness programmes.
• Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Degree in Organisational Psychology or related field (Honours/Postgrad Diploma in OD or MBA advantageous).
• Solid understanding of Employment Equity, Labour Legislation, and risk management principles.
