Senior Manager :Sales (Leasing) Automotive Cape Town

An opportunity for a New Business Unit has opened up in the Automotive Industry , for a seasoned Manager with experience in Leasing or Automotive Industry,

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the succesfull launch and growth targets in line with the business plan. Lead and manage key sales functions and staff within the organisation.

Assist with development and articulation of the short - medium - and long term business plans, ensuring alignments with other functions and implements organisations wide initiatives.

Develop strong relationships with Corporate staff as well as Customers.

• Create and Lead a sales strategy seeking approval from Top Management for implementation through dealer network ,SME and and corporate prospects.
• Ensure the sales strategy incorporates the existing fleet management portfolio to maximise new business from existing contacts
• develop a growth strategy
• Develop a plan for a smooth intergration and ongoing management
• Define and lead the strategic approach for web development and intergration
• Develop a strategy and priority plan for Mobility services
• Lead the development of the Unit''s marketing capability in conjuction with the wider corporate target growth of both customers and vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• NQF 7 - Completed post grad honours
• Minimum 10 - 12 years working experience (post qualification)
• Must have have experience in sales and finance within the leasing industry (min 5 years)
• Manageial experience in a leasing business environment of min 5 years
• People management experience (min 5 years)
• Computer literate in Ms Office (min 5 years)
• Miles leasing software experience essential
