We are recruiting for a Senior Manager - Tech Consulting BI Lead (BW, BI, SAC).

To qualify for the role you must have

A degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred).

Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing SAP BW/BI solutions Experience with IT strategy, solution, and enterprise architecture.
Relevant experience with modules such as:
- SAP BI stack (Lumira, BusinessObjects, Analysis for Office)
- SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC)
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- SAP Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM)
- SAP BW & BW/4HANA
- SAP HANA, SAP FI/CO-PA, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Predictive Analytics
- Being able to read & write SQL is a plus
5+ years of experience delivering full life-cycle SAP reporting solutions (including in Prepare, Explore, Realize-Build, Realize-Test, Deploy and Support phases) in Business Intelligence (BI) using SAP HANA , BusinessObjects platforms , hybrid BW scenarios and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
Deep experience in SAP HANA data modeling using CDS views, Calculation Views (Graphical and Scripted) as well as Virtual Data Models, HANA Data Provisioning and HANA security.
Implementation/Migration experience of moving SAP BW to the SAP HANA platform as well as excellent experience with BW on HANA and BW/4HANA.
Knowledge of SAP ECC data model and analysis is a must.
Experience with SAP Reporting & Analytics front-end tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and the BusinessObjects suite of products including Analysis for Office, Design Studio and Web Intelligence.
Preferred candidates will have HANA Application/Implementation Certification as well as BW/ BI or SAC Certifications
Excellent business communication skills
Strong knowledge in ASAP /Activate / THE COMPANY Hybrid implementation methodologies
Capability of presenting the value proposition in the module / area,
Very good problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills
Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team.
Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering, and project management methodology experience required.
Good Industry knowledge across Consumer, Energy and Natural Resources, Public Sector
Demonstrated track record managing teams and complex engagements in the consulting arena
Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative work-around solutions or new processes.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies.
Comfortable working in a matrix environment due to previous experience
Worked on global projects/global clients on significant large-scale projects
Technically proficient with globally recognised current and relevant certifications to prove it
Strong industry experience / exposure
Comfortable communicating with senior client and THE COMPANY stakeholders (globally) in verbal and written form
Participated in large scale SAP client engagements.
Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget.
Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure the company stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Manage expectations of client service delivery.
Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be comfortable interfacing with a client daily.
This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.
Systems thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)
Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
Project and program management planning and organizational skills
Ability to deal with abstract concepts and communicate these effectively through compelling written and graphical materials
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion, and testing
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills
Demonstrated characteristics of a forward thinker and self starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge
