POSITION INFO:

We have a vacancy for a Senior Marketing Manager at a well-established, fast-paced dealership in Johannesburg.

Duties:

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and lead marketing strategy across dealerships
Manage campaign execution, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
Oversee digital, print, and experiential marketing initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams
Allocate budgets and resources for maximum impact
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Report directly to executive leadership on marketing performance and innovation

Requirements:

Must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience as Marketing manager in the motor industry.
Must have experience working with brands like VW, Kia, Suzuki, Chery etc.
Must have excellent communication, social media, marketing and relationship building skills.
Grade 12 plus tertiary education such as Marketing degree.
