A leading engineering and technology organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its growing team.

POSITION INFO:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in the design, development, and delivery of complex mechanical systems within a specialised industrial environment. Minimum Requirements BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 10 years'' post-graduate mechanical engineering experience Strong industry experience within a similar high-technology, advanced manufacturing, defence, aerospace, robotics, automation, or related engineering environment Demonstrated experience leading mechanical design projects from concept through to production Proficiency in 3D CAD design and engineering analysis tools Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, tolerances, and product development methodologies Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of advanced mechanical systems and products Drive engineering excellence throughout the product development lifecycle Perform detailed engineering analysis, testing, and validation activities Collaborate closely with electrical, software, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams Support prototype development, production implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers What''s on Offer Highly competitive salary package Opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering projects Collaborative and innovative engineering environment Long-term career growth and development opportunities If you meet the above requirements and are looking for your next challenge, please submit your CV for a confidential discussion.
