JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established company based in Alberton is looking for Senior Office Administrator to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 2 – 3 years

Computer Packages: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Office Administration (regular administrative tasks)
Accounts (process invoices and payments, bank reconciliation and handle petty cash)
Customer Claims (follow-up on customer claims and keep customers updated)
Sales Support (assist sales staff with high call volumes and supply backorders)
Stock Management (capturing of incoming stock)
Must have the ability to work well independently
