Payroll specialist salaries administrator VIP premier

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Multinational Banking concern based in Sandton - Gauteng seeks your proven experience as a payroll specialist to join the HR department.

Looking for someone that is hands on and will be responsible to take charge of the payroll function on VIP Premier from start to end - 220 staff for local and some foreign. Full payroll administration function . preferably from the banking or financial sector.

Minimum Requirements :

Matric
Further Education Advantageous
At least 5 years payroll experience
VIP Premier

Attributes

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to liaise with all levels of organization
Be able to handle sensitive/confidential information accordingly
Have very strong administrative skills (rigid filing system)
Be neat, organized and proactive individual
Like structure and routine
Be emotionally strong and mature and be able to work in a pressured environment
Be able to work overtime when required

Duties:

Capture payroll inputs :
Complete Payroll Paperwork
Liaise with Branches:
Compile & Run Reports
Perform Verifications on Payroll & Input
Address any Payroll related Queries
Run Payroll & Print Employee Payslips
Reports
HR admin assistance in department
