SUMMARY:
A leading digital bank is seeking a commercially astute Senior Pricing Manager to own and optimise pricing across retail and SME products from fees and lending rates to savings, insurance premiums and rewards.

POSITION INFO:

This role sits at the heart of profitability, balancing margin, market competitiveness, regulatory compliance and customer fairness. You will shape pricing strategy, build robust financial models, interrogate data and guide executive decision-making in a fast-moving environment.

Required 7+ years’ experience in financial services or banking with proven exposure to interest rate modelling, fee income strategy and product pricing. Strong capabilities in financial modelling and data analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Python) are essential.

Bachelor’s/postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistic or Engineering

This is a high-impact, strategic role for a pricing leader who thrives on analytics, governance rigour and cross-functional influence at executive level.
