POSITION INFO:
Qualifications Matric Post matric qualifications in supply chain and logistics Knowledge & Experience Minimum 7 years' multimodal estimates experience in imports and exports. Specialist knowledge of freight forwarding and clearing documents, procedures, and practices. Strong numeracy skills. Customer service orientation with ability to handle demanding environments. Advantageous Attributes Detailâoriented with accuracy and problemâsolving skills. Ability to work independently under pressure. Experience in estimates, rates management, and tender management. KPIâdriven mindset. Responsibilities Provide solutions and strategies on client requests. Record and report on sales estimates. Ensure KPIs are met with accuracy. Convert estimates into shipments. Prepare quarterly reports and maintain quality control. Communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
