SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Process Engineer ready to lead complex mineral processing and metallurgical projects? A leading engineering and process solutions company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join its dynamic technical team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

BEng Degree in Chemical Engineering
Minimum 10 years’ relevant process engineering experience
Strong background in mineral processing and/or metallurgical plant design
Professional registration (ECSA) advantageous
Proficient in process simulation software and mass balance development
Experience in feasibility studies, detailed design, and commissioning

Key Responsibilities:

Lead process design activities from concept through to commissioning
Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, mass and energy balances
Conduct technical evaluations, trade-off studies, and optimisation initiatives
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
Interface with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and suppliers
Support tendering, proposal development, and technical documentation
