A senior Project Administrator is an administrative professional specialized in the support of managing, coordinating, and overseeing different activities related to planning and programming, updating project data and scheduling, implementing, milestones, budgeting, and cash flows, and closing out and evaluating projects. From a construction, FIRE or HVAC project admin background.

Project Co-ordination and Managerial Administration

• Set tasks for the month

• Set up cash flow forecast sheets

• Close out all monthly figures and reports

• Set up monthly Proforma index

• Closing out of Proforma index

Qualifications

• An NQF 5 in Administration

• Executive administrative

• Office Managerial skills

Experience

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in project administration in the built environment is required

• Previous working experience as a Project Coordinator

• In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures

• Hands-on experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting

• Experience in fire protection is preferred
