JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, an international financial advisory boutique firm specialising in renewable energies, is looking for a Project Finance Senior Associate to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

Founded in 2013, the company now operates internationally through 10 offices with about 50 collaborators in total. The company operates through 3 main functions:

Mergers & acquisitions, that include venture or growth capital advisory for renewable energy companies
Project finance, focusing on financial advisory relating to the structuring and raising of equity and / or debt for renewable energy assets
Strategic advisory (i.e., valuation, model supporting, market intelligence, etc.) on the renewable energy market.

This person would be responsible for financial modelling and analysis on various project finance and M&A deals, as well as various additional ad hoc duties.

Education:

Any related financial or engineering degree
CFA - beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5-7 Years’ experience in Project or Corporate Finance
Must have advanced project financial modelling skills
Valuations and M&A experience is highly beneficial
Renewable energy/ infrastructure industry experience
Staff Management experience
