JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has opened up in Cape Town, Wood stock with our client in the Development and Technology space and they looking for a proactive Senior Python Developer who enjoys complex projects that include newer technology to join they growing team the candidate must have front end JavaScript frameworks ( Vue,js,React ,Angular) experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Debug and improve application performance and produce quality codes
Provide input on best practices and coding standards
Create and update Vue.js applications, pages and components

Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask, or Pyramid)
Work closely with cross- functional teams to define, design and ship new features
Attend daily stand-up, sprint kick-off, and retrospectives with an Agile/SCRUM environment
Create and update Laravel API’s
Contribute to requirement gathering, planning, development, testing and implementation

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in IT/Technology/Computer Science or relevant field
5 + years’ experience modern front end JavaScript frameworks
Knowledge and experience on HTML, and CSS (Standard LES,SCSS or compiled CSS)
Experience with unit tests, SQL Database, CI/CD
Understanding of git, Android and Swift
Knowledge and experience in Kubernetes and infrastructure as code ( Terraformelf managing)
