Senior Reward Consultant

My client in the telecommunication sector is looking to fill in a role of a Senior Remuneration / Total Rewards Manager

Start: 1 May 2022

Duration:12 months (min 6 months)

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Manager for Total Rewards leads the strategy deployment, localization, and enablement of the following core sub functions - Compensation and Benefits and Recognition
• The SM will lead the deployment of sustainable and scalable HR processes, policies and programs for Benefits, Rewards & Recognition management and support the integration of Performance with meaningful Rewards policies and practices, in line with the rewards and recognition philosophies and defined frameworks.

SM: Total Rewards must therefore ensure the successful delivery in context of:

- Management of executive and local shareholder expectations
