My client in the telecommunication sector is looking to fill in a role of a Senior Remuneration / Total Rewards Manager

Start: 1 May 2022

Duration:12 months (min 6 months)

Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager for Total Rewards leads the strategy deployment, localization, and enablement of the following core sub functions - Compensation and Benefits and Recognition
The SM will lead the deployment of sustainable and scalable HR processes, policies and programs for Benefits, Rewards & Recognition management and support the integration of Performance with meaningful Rewards policies and practices, in line with the rewards and recognition philosophies and defined frameworks.

SM: Total Rewards must therefore ensure the successful delivery in context of:

- An expertise-based multicultural organisation

- A dynamic and evolving field of Telecommunications

- Revolutionary workforce practices which are bringing together labour markets

- Management of executive and local shareholder expectations

- Achievement of top quartile operating efficiency and effectiveness through scale and common policies and processes

- Dynamic legal and regulatory environment

- Convergence in markets and exploration of non-traditional revenue streams requiring complex interpretation and structuring

- Evolving industry sector constantly presenting new challenges and opportunities to the core businesses

- Rapid horizontal and vertical expansion of in terms of size, products, customers and geographic distribution
