SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-driven Senior Service Advisor to join our busy service department at a well-established multi-brand automotive dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in delivering exceptional aftersales service and ensuring smooth workshop operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for service customers, providing expert advice and guidance
Manage service bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and workflow in the workshop
Prepare accurate job cards, quotations, and service documentation
Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management
Advise customers on additional work required and obtain authorisation
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Handle escalated queries and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Support junior staff and contribute to training and mentoring initiatives
Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (senior level preferred)
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and service processes
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, CMS)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB)
