JOB SUMMARY:
Are you a Contractual Representative who can execute management of a project and ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible to manage, supervise and inspect sub-contractors'' work on site.
Responsible to liaise with Foremen, Site Management and Contract Manager regarding site production.
Responsible to monitor site production to ensure project completion as per agreements.
Responsible to ensure and monitor work progress against the programme through daily /weekly production management.
Ensure cost meetings with all the relevant staff members for monitoring and control purposes.
Responsible to ensure adherence to all Health, Safety & Environmental Legislation and site rules
Uphold the Company''s contractual rights and compliance with contractual obligations
Responsible to monitor work progress against the programme through weekly production and cost meetings with all the relevant staff members.
Responsible to ensure adherence of policies and procedures as per the agreements.
Responsible to ensure site quality assurance system.
Detect and analyse all non-conformances, communicate this to the Contract Manager and initiate corrective action.
Responsible for safekeeping and distribution of related records.
Responsible to liaise with the Project Liaison Committee, and all other affected stakeholders.
Responsible for contract profitability
Responsible for monthly payment certificates are submitted on time.
Be willing to undertake extensive travelling

Qualification and experience:

Relevant Civil Engineering qualification.
3 – 5 years civil engineering work experience
Willingness to travel to and work at different locations in South Africa where required.
Experience in, or knowledge of asset recording and management would be an advantage.
Experience with, and a clear understanding of Quality, OH&S and Environmental management systems.
