POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• Valid PSIRA Grade A registration
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal record
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English
• Fully computer literate
• 8 -10 years experience in the Security Industry
• 3–5 years Management experience
• First Aid, Firefighting, Health & Safety training (would be advantageous)
• Ability to search males
• We seek individuals with a proven track record of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all site security operations and staff
• Maintain high operational standards and compliance
• Conduct client meetings, risk assessments, and inspections
• Ensure effective rostering, timekeeping, and reporting
• Enforce company policies and promote safety and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meeting with clients
